Jack Vaughan is a Bristol music teacher, conductor, composer and producer, living in Bristol, UK.

Jack started his musical life at the age of 7 with the saxophone, after having seeing a concert at St Georges Bristol. Since then he’s moved on to other instruments and has specialised in composition, audio production and conducting.

As a composer, Jack has written for theatre, film and television. He has arranged music for The Bristol Ensemble, and assistant-arranged for Charles Hazlewood, Ronni Size and for the BBC Concert orchestra.

He has also performed at Glastonbury and WOMAD festivals. He has worked as an audio assistant at Films@59, and as assistant to film composer William Goodchild. Past roles as Music Director and Composer include projects at; The Bristol Old Vic, The Colston Hall, Bristol University, Bristol Cathedral School and St Georges Concert Hall.Jack is the founder of www.leanmusician.com – a blog, podcast and YouTube channel all about musical mastery.

As well as a life of music, Jack’s other interests lie in Coaching, Business, Psychotherapy, quantum-physics as well as running and going to the gym.
